Project story

The project is located a few minutes from the beach in a low rise coastal neighborhood. Architecture focuses on soft lines, private balconies and a calm seaside atmosphere. The residences are presented with luxury furnishings and branded materials and appliances. Kitchens feature Italian Scavolini cabinetry with travertine worktops and fittings from Dornbracht. Smart home functions are built around Alexa, with Bertolotto doors, Legrand switches and Gutmann aluminum profiles used throughout the building. Residents have access to saltwater pools on the rooftop and podium levels with sea and harbor views. The building also offers a Technogym equipped health club, cinema hall, kids area, game room, business lounge and rooftop spaces for yoga and relaxation. Dubai Islands provides waterfront living with road connections to Deira, Downtown and other key districts of Dubai.
