Project story

As IRTH’s first fully branded project, it represents a shift toward authorship-driven development, where architecture, art, and purpose converge. Conceived at the intersection of commerce and culture, the building redefines the modern office as a symbol of legacy, influence, and long-term value rather than a purely functional workspace. The development comprises 15 office floors and approximately 225 individual office units organized through an innovative cluster system. Each cluster is accessed via a private lobby, offering discretion, flexibility, and a semi-private arrival experience. Offices are delivered in shell & core condition, featuring full-height windows and adaptable layouts that allow businesses to scale and evolve within a single address. A defining feature of Haus of Tenet is its art-led identity and curated amenities offering. Approximately 60,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to wellness facilities, members’ lounges, dining spaces, and shared environments.
