Project story
This was the first project in the Jumeirah area that allowed non-Gulf nationals to invest in property. It was originally planned that the Hilliana Tower would be a 45-storey tower, part of the building of which would be allocated to serviced apartments operated by Raddison Blue. Later, the project was rebuilt into a 31-storey residential building. There are many schools nearby the Hillian Tower, including GEMS Wellington International School in Dubai, 0.7 km away, and Choueifat International School in Dubai, 0.8 km away. In terms of academic performance, there are nine schools nearby that have received one of the two highest grades of the state inspection - "Very Good" or "Outstanding", including GEMS Wellington International School in Dubai.
