Project story

The concept is inspired by Dolce Far Niente and is built around calm, presence, and a Mediterranean mood translated into a contemporary waterfront setting. The project is planned as a 15-storey building (G + 2P + 12) with 76 private residences, and the unit mix focuses on 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and open onto expansive private terraces designed around ocean views, where the Dubai skyline meets wide horizons. Interiors highlight contemporary kitchens with premium appliances and spa-inspired bathrooms with upscale fittings and refined materials. Selected terrace residences feature private pools as part of an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. At the same time, the stated exclusions include loose furniture, fixtures, lighting, wall cladding, and mounted items. Amenities are positioned as a key differentiator, with “incredible amenities across three levels” and a strong focus on social, wellness, and leisure spaces.
