Project story

The project is created in collaboration with UK designer John Richmond and is presented as one of the first master-planned branded developments in the area. The architectural concept combines contemporary design with traditional mashrabiya elements, forming a distinctive façade that adapts to light, enhances privacy, and contributes to climate control. The development offers studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. All residences are fully furnished by John Richmond, with interiors designed as part of a unified branded concept. The project includes a shared podium integrating retail, wellness, and leisure functions, forming a connected residential environment. Layouts are designed for efficient use of space and everyday living. Richmond District features a range of amenities and services, including lagoon-style water elements, waterfalls, and multiple pools, as well as outdoor fitness areas, gym, yoga zone, padel court, and social spaces such as cafés and retail outlets.
