Project story

Designed as a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of city life, the project features architecture that seamlessly blends into the landscape, with its centerpiece being a vast, crystal-clear lagoon spanning approximately 900,000 square feet. This swimmable lagoon creates an atmosphere of perpetual resort-style living. The residences, comprising spacious four- and five-bedroom villas, as well as townhouses and maisonettes, boast modern, elegant designs with feminine touches, large panoramic windows, and private spaces filled with light and air. Life here revolves around the concept of wellness: residents enjoy over 4.5 kilometers of running and cycling tracks, professional courts for tennis, padel, and pickleball, lush green parks, children’s playgrounds, and cozy areas for barbecues and outdoor dining.
