Project story

Residences will provide spectacular views of the Dubai Canal and Safa park. The development company of One Canal is AHS Properties, and at the moment the project is under construction with the anticipated date of completion set to be revealed later. The residential building will be a stunning G+9 development with private elevators that open directly into your living room. Opulent spaces throughout each home will have ceiling heights from 13 ft to 30 ft. The building’s design celebrates and is characterised by various forms of nature, including pockets of greenery that are pulled into the facade from the park behind and the curved architecture inspired by waves in the water canal at the forefront of the site. Each curve on the facade is strategically placed to hold the unit pools and green pockets, giving the building its wave-like and integrated architectural identity.
