Project story

The hotel is located in the popular tourist area of Palm Jumeirah and will be built of three high-rise buildings: Palm Gateway Central Tower, Palm Gateway Beach Tower and Palm Gateway Tubular Tower. The real estate of the project will be represented by spacious apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, penthouses and duplexes with an area of 65-213 sq. m. At the moment, all buildings are under construction. The estimated completion date is 2025.The community will be located on a picturesque promenade surrounded by five-star hotels such as the Residence and Spa on the Van and Only Royal Mirage or the Palm View Hotel on Dubai luxury Hotel, as well as first-class restaurants and boutiques.
