“Live by Design” unites flowing elegance with architectural clarity, creating homes as inspiring as their setting. Portside Residences I, II, and III draw inspiration from the natural rhythm of sea and wind. Gentle curves ripple across the skyline, softening the architecture and evoking a sense of serene motion. Together, the towers establish a harmonious dialogue between form and environment—capturing light, sea, and sky—while creating a presence that feels both grounded and dynamic. The interiors take their inspiration from this same dialogue. Finishes, materials, and textures reflect the rhythm of daily life, echoing the timeless movement between shore and sea.
