Set along the central green spine, this cluster places homes within walking distance of an 800,000 sq.ft. district park, wellness centre, beach lagoon and community mall, all connected by 9+ km of wellness and 5 km leisure loops. Thoughtful masterplanning reserves ~50% open green space with forest walks, botanical gardens, sensory landscapes and shaded trails. Social hubs, amphitheatre lawns, co‑working spaces, sports grounds and pet therapy gardens foster connection. Amenities include hydrotherapy, saunas, steam rooms, outdoor fitness zones, sports courts and a full-size football field.
