The property, consisting of a total of 63 apartments, is thoughtfully divided into four separate buildings, each with 15 apartments, which provides a sense of exclusivity and privacy. At the entrance to the apartments, residents are greeted by high two-level ceilings reaching 8 meters in height, creating a sense of grandeur and spaciousness. In other apartments, the ceiling height is 3.3 meters, which provides a spacious and comfortable atmosphere in all rooms. Alba prioritizes a healthy lifestyle, embodying a commitment to sustainability with a LEED gold certificate. The project aims to promote clean air, minimize environmental pollution and create an environment rich in oxygen, which improves the general well-being of residents. Alba, designed in accordance with regional standards, has a designer spa, which is designed to become a branded place for wellness. This sanctuary is a paradise for relaxation and recuperation, carefully designed to improve the lifestyle of the residents.
