This off-plan architectural vision takes shape as three low-rise towers that form an exclusive green community, redefining the very concept of residential living. Designed by the world-renowned Omniyat, the enclave comprises 272 meticulously crafted apartments across a range of sizes and layouts. Named after the Italian word for orange, the development draws its entire identity from the orchard—a metaphor for abundance and seasonal rhythm. The low-rise buildings rise with deliberate restraint from a 165,000-square-metre landscape-first masterplan, where over seventy percent of the total footprint is dedicated to open-air living, shaded garden valleys, meandering water features, and communal amenities. The interiors mirror the warm, organic refinement that governs both the architecture and the landscaped areas. The design is contemporary yet grounded, with refined finishes in natural material palettes flowing through each residence.
