The tower’s concept draws on regional landscapes such as valleys, mountains, and desert dunes, shaping a fluid architectural form. The architecture is led by Kengo Kuma, with outdoor landscape design developed in collaboration with Gustafson Porter + Bowman. The residences are described with flowing layouts and generous terraces that extend living space outdoors. The brochure highlights formats such as the Three Bedroom Residence and the Grand Sky Villa. Each home includes two kitchens: a service kitchen with separate access for a private chef and a show kitchen intended for everyday family life and hosting. Amenities are organised as distinct destinations within the tower. The Valley on Level 2 includes cardio and strength zones, reformer pilates and yoga, a padel court, and a dedicated cycling studio. The Shore on Level 3 features a golf simulator, games room, swimming pools, a private cinema, and dining lounges.
